Fatigue

Magnesium is crucial for energy production and it is often of benefit to those with chronic fatigue problems. You may feel mildly fatigued because of overwork, poor sleep, worry, boredom, or lack of exercise. Exercise regularly. Change your stressful circumstances, if possible. Adrenal Fatigue is a health disorder that can affect anyone who experiences persistent or severe emotional or physical stress. Fatigue (also called exhaustion, lethargy, languidness, languor, lassitude, and listlessness) is a weariness caused by exertion. Physical fatigue is the inability to continue functioning at the level of one's normal abilities. Mental fatigue, on the other hand, rather manifests in somnolence.

Magnesium serves several crucial roles when it comes to the human body, including helping to turn food into energy and helping to transmit electrical impulses across nerves and muscles. Physical fatigue or muscle weakness (or "lack of strength") is a direct term for the inability to exert force with one's muscles to the degree that would be expected given the individual's general physical fitness. In addition to physical, fatigue also includes mental fatigue, not necessarily including any muscle fatigue. You sleep less soundly.

Fatigue is different from drowsiness. In general, drowsiness is feeling the need to sleep, while fatigue is a lack of energy and motivation. Fatigue can be a normal and important response to physical exertion, emotional stress, boredom, or lack of sleep. Optimal amounts of magnesium can help increase oxygen levels and energy being delivered to muscles. The pattern of fatigue may help your doctor determine its underlying cause. For example, if you wake up in the morning rested but rapidly develop fatigue with activity, you may have an ongoing physical condition like an underactive thyroid. Fatigue is a feeling of tiredness, exhaustion, or lack of energy.
